A common issue with the Triumph Tiger 1200 (2022-2026) is that the headlight is aimed too high from factory, the second issue is that the headlight level adjuster on many bikes are too stiff to be turned.
On investigating the issue, we found that the rubber grommet which holds the adjuster dial in place was simply too tight, not allowing the dial to be turned without significant force.
EBikePrints have designed a fix for this, a replacement grommet with corrected tolerance which allows the adjuster to be turned by hand, without any tools, but still with a snug fit such that the light does not move nor will the adjuster turn by itself.
Note: This modification requires some dismantling of the motorcycle. We will publish instructions, however, we cannot be held responsible for any damage to your motorcycle while attempting this modification.
