By popular demand eBikePrints have designed a custom bumper protector for the Bosch ebike Nyon computer. Designed for a perfect snug fit, the bumper is made from flexible TPU plastic to provide the unit some protection should it come into contact with the ground or a tree!
The flexible 1.6mm thick TPU plastic simply stretches over the Kiox for a tight fit, providing 2mm of raised bumper protection for the screen, and an all round protection on the edges of the computer against scratches and impact.
The bumper has been designed to work with the standard Bosch Nyon above stem mounting as shown in the photos, and should not interfere with the fit.
As with all our 3D printed parts, please be aware that the surface finish is not smooth. Due to the FDM 3D printing process, layer lines will be visible and small imperfections. These are generally not noticeable and they do not affect the parts function or strength. Please see photos for example finish.
