SHIPPING (UK)

At EBikePrints we aim to ship orders within 5 working days of purchase, typically we will dispatch items within 1-3 working days, however due to the bespoke nature of our products which are sometimes made to order, this duration can vary at times where we are experiencing high volumes of orders.

All orders domestic orders within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Signed for or Tracked services. Although typically orders are delivered within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch, delivery times are outwith our control and cannot be guaranteed. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping times outside of the UK are not gaurenteed. They can vary between 2-10 days typically depending on location. All international shipping will be made using Standard Tracked International option through the UK Royal Mail. 

You may be charged import tax in international orders. We are not liable for any import tax you may be charged. Please check your countrys import requirements before ordering.

ORDER NOT ARRIVED (DOMESTIC - UK)

Should an order not arrive within 10 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us directly via email to info@ebikeprints.com where we will be happy to investigate further and provide replacement items or refund as necessary.

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We accept returns and refunds within 14 days of receiving your item. The items must be returned in as new and packaged condition. Your refund will not cover the cost of postage to return the item to us. Please contact us directly via email to info@ebikeprints.com should you wish to organise a return.

 

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you recieve a faulty or incorrect item from us, please contact us directly via email to info@ebikeprints.com where we will be happy to resolve the issue via a replacement or refund.
