A common issue with the Triumph Tiger 1200 (2022-2026) is that the headlight is aimed too high from factory, the second issue is that the headlight level adjuster on many bikes are too stiff to be turned. On investigating the issue, we found that the rubber grommet which holds the adjuster dial in place was simply too tight, not allowing the dial to be turned without significant force. Many have seen the Kiox mounting which Trek bikes come with, mounted on the top tube of the frame just below the stem. We had been thinking that an option like this for other bikes would be great, but how could we achieve this without permanently modding the bike... So we set about working out a solution. Cube Stereo Hybrid -

Following multiple requests on social media, we have decided to produce a new product, pivot plugs for the Cube Stereo Hybrid eBikes. Owners out there feel that the frame pivot bolts look somewhat unfinished, plus the holes for the bolts often gather dirt and water during rides, leading to ingress into the bearings following cleaning.
