eBikePrints have designed and manufactured custom replacement plates for sealing the integrated cable frame routing / guides for the Cube Stereo and Reaction Hybrid eBikes series.
NOTE: THIS PRODUCT IS ONLY THE OUTER CABLE GUIDE PLATE. IT REQUIRES THE ORIGINAL CUBE BACKING BLOCK AND THE SCREWS THAT WE DO NOT SUPPLY.
Included are 2x flexible seal plates which are a direct replacement for the original cable routing seal plates for the left and right side of the frame at the stem.
Features include:
- 3D printed from flexible TPU plastic for robustness and to create a perfect seal with the curve of the frame
- Oversized design is 5mm larger than the original, making it easier to seal the frame hole
- Designed to be a direct replacement for original plates, requires the original screws and cube backing block
- Available in a variety of custom colours to match your colour scheme
As with all our 3D printed parts, please be aware that the surface finish is not smooth. Due to the FDM 3D printing process, layer lines will be visible and small imperfections. These are generally not noticeable and they do not affect the parts function or strength. Please see photos for example finish.
